Roman chamomile has has a history of use in traditional medicine since the middle ages. flowers can be used as a tea or for hair and skin treatments. It has been used widely as a lawn plant and can be mown. It has a sweet apple like aroma. Lots of white petaled daisy flowers appear over summer on stalks up to 20 cm high.
