Description

Common Names: Slender vervain, tuberous vervain

A low growing perennial which will produce an abundance of magenta/ purple flowers from late spring and through summer, sometimes into autumn. Like all Verbena the flowers are very attractive to bees and butterflies. Plants have a sprawling habit making them great plants for the front of borders and among other low growing perennials. Generally hardy except where soils are likely to be very wet and cold in winter. A great choice for gravel gardens.
