How does shipping and invoicing work?
All products (except tomatoes)
Add products to your cart by clicking on the items and going through to the checkout. No payment is required at this stage. You will receive an initial email confirming the products ordered. We will process this and send a second email (an invoice) confirming your order (plus freight charges if required or discounts that are applicable) and how to pay.
At this stage, we accept direct bank deposits into our account. The emails will have this information in them. Please use your order number for the reference so we know you made the payment.
Plants that are being freighted will be sent the Tuesday or Wednesday after payment is received. Once we create the label for the courier, they will send you the tracking number. Your plants will be with you soon!
We like to support our local gardeners. If you live in Central Hawke’s Bay and would like to place an order for shipping/ delivery we would like to help exclude some of those shipping costs. Please contact us to discuss.
Tomato plants: These are grown to order only once a year. Plants can be ordered till the 1st September. They are delivered locally in October or can be picked up from our nursery. Sorry, but we do not ship these.
